"FocusPoint, the Internet Based Call Tracking System"

FocusPoint is the Online Service Agent for NuFocus. It's primary purpose is to allow our customers to place a service call; escalate it; and monitor the progress of the service call.

FocusPoint also allows a customer to manage the distribution of its technology equipment. The customer can use the features of FocusPoint to manage assets for warranty; depreciation and tax purposes. FocusPoint is a culmination of several years of combing and building features "dispatch/help desk" services routinely use. The program was built with the needs and wishes of our customers. FocusPoint is ready to make its debut and is in Beta Testing now. It's ease of operation and flexibility make it truly a "single source" application for simultaneously managing multiple service calls or projects. Our intent is to have FocusPoint readily available for those customers who want to use its features via the Internet.

We view the program as a tool for administrative ease; and functional to the point of reducing redundancy of operations. The database management and tracking thereof, all within reach in minutes has increased productivity and relaxed the stress associated with "help desk" management.
