How the Program Works:

• Toll free call placed by 4:00pm, local time
• Contract verification and configuration management performed
• Working printer with required configuration shipped FedEx same day
• Working printer arrives at site next business day
• Working printer removed from box, consumables loaded, accessories attached-in those cases where larger printers are exchanged, technician will arrive at the site and do the exchange
• Non-working printer put into box, FedEx paperwork affixed to box
• Call placed to FedEx to pick up non-working printer
