through a toll free number and place a request for service.
The dispatchers on call will take all the necessary information
needed about your problem. They will look for the nearest
authorized service center in North America and make arrangements
with them to attend to the problem at your site.
The appropriate field service technician or engineer will be
dispatched and you will be notified within two hours when you can
expect the technician to appear to effect the repair or solution to
your problem.
