NuFocus is as good as its service partners. We are interested in certified hardware maintenance, LAN/WAN engineering, cabling, and computer/network operating systems expertise.
We only work with those organizations or individuals who have met the following criteria:
- warranty authorized;
- certified network or software engineer(s); member of CompTia or another industry organization that supports A+ and other Certifications;
- carries liability insurance;
- can meet specific service level agreements;
- has a substantial number of references from customers who have used their services.
